Begin your tour at the Peterson Station Museum/Visitor Center where friendly volunteers will help you discover the essential things to enjoy your day. If you wish to eat homemade pie (yes, even the crust!), watch an artist create, relax with a glass of wine, or select a book to read while resting at our bandstand, we’ve got what you need.
Offering a variety of delicious options at small town prices. Daily homemade soups, and Kristin’s famous pies, noon specials, breakfast all day except Friday, and our popular Friday fish fry. Raising Lake Trout and Splake Trout to stock in cold, deepwater lakes near Hinckley, Grand Rapids, Tower, International Falls, and Grand Marais. Call or use internet for specific information about days and hours. Tours are self-guided with group tours by reservation.
